Room Rates - Prices for 2010
- Prices quoted are per room, per night including breakfast – English / Continental
- All rooms have en–suite shower rooms
- Note – there is a £10.00 surcharge for additional persons in each room
- Guests should not arrive before 4.30pm without prior arrangement and must vacate the room by 11am on day of departure
- Sorry no pets allowed

Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to arrival less a £5 administration charge.
- In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 4 weeks prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let your booking.
- If the accommodation remains unoccupied, we are entitled to retain your deposit.
- For your protection and to fulfil your contract with us, we strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover any such eventuality.

We accept payment by credit and debit cards (but not American Express). There is an additional 2% charge if you pay by credit card, but none if you pay by debit card.
